At Asim Jofa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase by offering a flexible 14-day return and exchange policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that customized or stitched products are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, pack the item securely and ship it back to our warehouse for a thorough quality inspection by our team.

  After the returned product passes inspection, we will process your exchange for a different size or issue a store credit for future purchases.

  Final Confirmation

  You will receive an automated confirmation email once your exchange order has been dispatched or your store credit has been activated.
