How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Asim Jofa ships globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on your destination and are calculated at the checkout page.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, as well as major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers for both local and international orders.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled at any time before they are processed. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
